QH Series Integrated Solar Street Light with Adjustable LED Module

The QH Series is an all-in-one solar street light platform for roads, streets, factory roads, parks, villages, parking areas and other outdoor lighting projects. The solar panel, Bridgelux LED light source, controller, LiFePO4 battery, human body sensor and luminaire housing are integrated into a streamlined high-strength aluminum alloy frame, helping simplify installation, operation and maintenance.

Seven output options from 60W to 250W provide flexible project matching for different mounting heights, road widths and spacing requirements. The adjustable LED module supports practical light-direction configuration, while the integrated controller and pull-out battery box improve service access in off-grid lighting applications.

Controller and Status Indicators

The QH controller integrates a magnetic power switch, human body induction and status indicators in a simplified service-oriented design. Four blue LEDs in the upper row indicate battery level: one indicator represents approximately 25% power, two indicate 25%–50%, three indicate 50%–75%, and four indicate 75%–100%. The controller also provides red, blue and green fault-status indication. Before the luminaire is mounted on the pole, remove the magnetic iron sheet according to the installation procedure.

433 MHz Remote Control

The QH Series includes a 433 MHz remote-control solution with a control distance of up to 30 m. The signal can pass through obstacles, control multiple lamps and select one of four lighting modes. The mode can be selected according to seasonal sunshine conditions and project operating preferences.

Pull-out Battery Box

The pull-out battery box is designed for efficient installation and maintenance. Align the battery box with the card slot, push it into position, connect the cable and secure the anti-theft chain. The screw-free pull-out structure helps reduce service time when the battery pack or controller needs to be inspected or replaced.

Construction and Installation

The main assembly consists of a solar panel, lamp shell, LED light board with optical lens, controller, battery pack with battery box and fixed bracket. The LED module is adjustable for project-specific road-lighting alignment. Installation should be performed by qualified personnel using the approved project drawing and local safety procedures.

The PPT installation sequence is: secure the aluminum plate to the battery-box top with two M6×10 screws; secure the controller with two M3×16 screws; attach the bracket to the small sleeve with six M8×20 screws; secure the bracket to the lamp body with eight M6×16 screws; fix the lamp body to the pole with six M8×25 screws; install the pole in a properly prepared concrete foundation; push the battery box into the bracket and secure its anti-theft chain; then connect the controller to the LED, battery and solar-panel wires.

Packaging

QH-60W, QH-80W, QH-100W, QH-120W, QH-150W, QH-200W and QH-250W are packed in two cartons: one carton for the lamp and one carton for the battery pack.
