PD Series All-in-One Solar Street Light | 30W–120W
The PD Series is an integrated solar street-lighting platform for roads, streets, factory roads, parks, villages, campuses, parking areas and other off-grid outdoor projects. The solar panel, Bridgelux 3030 LED source, intelligent MPPT charge controller, LiFePO4 battery and sensing system are integrated into a streamlined die-cast aluminum housing, helping simplify transportation, installation and maintenance.
Available in 30W, 40W, 50W/60W, 80W and 100W/120W configurations, the series provides practical project matching for different road widths, pole heights and lighting requirements. The modular, glue-free design allows labeled waterproof connectors and serviceable internal components to be inspected or replaced with less downtime.

Battery Safety and Intelligent Protection
The PD design combines intelligent charge/discharge management, software and hardware dual protection and balancing technology. The brochure also describes a dual temperature-control strategy: when the set temperature limit is reached, the controller and LiFePO4 battery can power off together for additional battery safety. An explosion-proof valve is provided between battery cells according to the brochure design.
Optical Design and Lighting Control
The Batwing plus polarized-lens optical design is intended to improve illumination uniformity and distribute light across the target road area. The microwave induction system can reduce operating power when high-brightness lighting is not required. The UVA remote control supports seasonal operating adjustments, four lighting modes, brightness selection and multi-lamp control within the specified range.
Installation and Maintenance Design
The glue-free housing and modular structure make the lamp easier to assemble, disassemble, transport and maintain. Each cable is labeled and waterproof male/female plug connectors help reduce wiring errors. For maintenance, replacement LED modules, batteries and controllers must match the original type and power configuration. All positive and negative connections must follow the approved wiring diagram; reverse connection is prohibited.
Installation Precautions
- Handle the lamp carefully during installation and do not collide with or knock the housing.
- Install the solar panel in an unobstructed location away from tall buildings and trees.
- Tighten all mounting screws securely and check them before commissioning.
- Notify the supplier before ordering if a special lighting mode is required.
- Use the same type and power rating when replacing the LED source, battery or controller.
- Follow the approved wiring diagram and clearly separate positive and negative poles.
Applications
PD Series all-in-one solar street lights are suitable for branch roads, streets, factory roads, parks, villages, mountains, remote areas, courtyards, schools, plazas, parking areas and other outdoor lighting projects requiring grid-independent LED illumination. Single-light and double-light project layouts can be evaluated according to road geometry and lighting requirements.
