NM Series Solar Street Light Overview

Designed for solar-powered road and outdoor lighting projects, the NM Series uses daylight charging to store energy for automatic night-time operation. The product adopts a flat linear form factor and an integrated lamp system, helping simplify deployment where reliable off-grid lighting is required. Final model selection should be matched to local sunshine radiation and annual total solar radiation.

Energy storageLong-life lithium battery for storing solar energy.
Operating controlAutomatic light-sensor operation after installation; magnetic power switch for commissioning and shutdown; remote-control operation supported.
Charging temperature-10°C to +60°C. Charging stops automatically below -10°C to protect the battery and resumes when the temperature rises above -10°C.
Night-time discharge temperature-30°C to +70°C. Confirm that local extreme temperatures are suitable before product selection.
Recommended sunlight exposureInstall away from shade. Face the solar panel south in the Northern Hemisphere and north in the Southern Hemisphere for maximum solar radiation.

Integrated Construction

The NM Series is built around six functional assemblies: the solar panel, lamp shell, LED light board with optical lens, controller, battery pack and installation bracket. This layout supports a clean, flat profile while keeping the solar collection and lighting components in a coordinated street-lighting assembly.

Operation and Installation

Power switch and remote control. The magnetic power switch turns the lamp on when the magnetic sheet is removed and turns it off when the sheet is placed back. Before using the remote control, make sure the lamp is on. The “DEMO” button turns the light on for one minute, whether it is day or night.

Foundation and pole installation. Prepare the foundation cage hole according to the cage dimensions, position and fix the cage with concrete, select the required installation method, then align the bottom pole flange with the foundation cage and fasten it with screws. Installation should be completed by qualified personnel with suitable lifting equipment where required.

Pre-installation charging. Charge every model for three days before installation without night-time discharge. Keep the solar panel free from shade and remove any protective isolation film from the transparent lampshade before use.

Maintenance and Storage Notes

Keep the solar panel clean with normal detergent and remove dust, leaves or grease to support solar power generation. Keep the device away from fire, water and damp locations, avoid severe impact, and do not disassemble it unless you are a professional technician. During long-term storage or transport, fully charge the battery first and charge/discharge the light at least once every two months. After full charge, the battery can be stored for up to six months, subject to periodic inspection and charging.

Please confirm the local temperature range and solar conditions before selecting a model. For project support and model matching, please contact TOPENERGYS.
